A synchronized note can include the call direction, correspondent number, time, duration when available and connected-mobile reference. Synchronization runs in the background and may take a short time.
What this integration does not do
This is call-history synchronization, not a GHL voice or SIP service. SMSMobileAPI does not import call audio, record calls or let GHL listen to a call.

Where do calls appear in GoHighLevel?
Eligible activity is added to the matching contact notes. SMS messages remain in the GHL conversation.
Can GoHighLevel place calls through this integration?
No. The integration synchronizes call-history activity from the connected mobile; it is not a voice calling or SIP service.
Why is a call not visible for a contact?
Check the connected mobile, the linked GHL sub-account, the contact’s international phone number and allow a short synchronization delay.
