Multiple WhatsApp accounts · one control center

One dashboard for all your WhatsApp accounts.

Give sales, support, regions or clients their own WhatsApp sender. Manage every connection from one SMSMobileAPI dashboard, with a separate API key for each additional account.

Your existing WhatsApp connection stays in place. Additional connections have their own activation and subscription.

A clear path from new account to first send

Four steps. One dashboard.

Add a dedicated connection without changing your main account or your existing sending setup.

  1. 01

    Request a new WhatsApp account

Name the connection and confirm the activation price and first month in the dashboard. Continue through secure payment.

  2. 02

    Your dedicated space is created

After successful payment, the new SMSMobileAPI space and its unique API key are created under your main dashboard.

  3. 03

    Connect the WhatsApp account

Open the new connection, scan its QR code from WhatsApp linked devices and enable sending for this account.

  4. 04

Choose the sender and start sending

Use the new API key in WhatsApp API requests, or choose the connection in the dashboard. Sending is available once the WhatsApp account is connected and active.

Why use several connections?

Keep each conversation in the right place.

Give each team or activity a recognizable sender while keeping account management together.

↗

Separate teams

Use one WhatsApp account for sales and another for support, with a clear sender for each workflow.

⌘

One place to manage

Name connections, open their QR setup, check their status and manage the accounts from one dashboard.

🔑

Route by API key

Each additional connection has a private key. Your application selects its WhatsApp sender by using the corresponding key.

◈

Grow by brand or region

Keep local teams, brands or customer projects distinct without mixing their connected accounts.

Practical use cases

One gateway, several ways to organize work.

Sales + support

Send product follow-ups from the sales account and service updates from the support account.

Several locations

Give each office or region a dedicated WhatsApp connection managed by the same team.

Agencies and client projects

Assign separate senders and API keys to projects while keeping connections visible in one dashboard.

What to expect

Clear control from activation to renewal.

The activation fee and first month are shown before payment. Each additional account has its own subscription, and you choose which connections to continue at the monthly renewal. The API key is created with the space; actual sending requires a connected, active WhatsApp account and sending permission.

Frequently asked questions

The unique API key is created after the new space is activated by successful payment. You can reveal it from the additional connection in your dashboard.

When can I send with the new number?

Once payment is complete, scan the QR code with the desired WhatsApp account and enable sending. Then select that connection in the dashboard or use its key in API requests.
