Create a group
Open Contact groups in the dashboard and select Create group. Give it a useful name and description.

Add and maintain contacts
Open the group to add a number, name and note. You can edit or delete contacts later.

Use it in a campaign
In BulkPro, select the group and review the prepared audience. Sending starts only when you choose Start.
The same groups support two campaign channels.

Use numbers with an international country code, such as +12025550147. WhatsApp requires the country code. Add only recipients who agreed to receive the messages you plan to send. Creating a group does not send a message.
Contact groups: common questions
Can I change a contact after adding it?
Yes. Open its group to edit the name, phone number or note, or remove the contact.
Can one campaign use several groups?
Yes. Select one or more groups when preparing a BulkPro SMS or WhatsApp campaign. Review the audience before starting.
Does creating a group send messages?
No. Groups organize contacts. You choose a campaign, prepare its audience and start sending separately.
