New: Stats Dashboard

A new Stats Dashboard is now available in the user area, providing a clear, visual overview of how your SMSMobileAPI services are used.
It includes multiple charts (SMS sent per day, SMS error vs success vs pending, SMS received, missed calls, WhatsApp sent per day, WhatsApp status breakdown, etc.), all filtered by a selected period (default: last 30 days). Each stat is displayed as an interactive card and can be opened in a larger modal view for more detailed analysis.

This feature makes it much easier to:
# Monitor daily activity and traffic on your SMS and WhatsApp channels
# Quickly spot delivery issues or high error rates
# Understand message flows (sent, received, pending, missed calls) over time
# The Stats Dashboard is designed to be extensible, so new metrics can be added progressively to give you an even deeper view of your service usage.

Changelog – Major iOS Update Released

This update introduces a complete redesign of the iOS interface, bringing it in line with the Android version to deliver a more seamless and consistent user experience across platforms.

Additionally, we’ve resolved several critical issues related to SMS sending on iOS, particularly those affecting messages containing smileys or emojis.
Previously, iOS could block the sending of such messages, but with this release, SMS delivery is now more reliable and optimized, even when emojis are included.

Update now to enjoy a smoother, more stable, and fully aligned experience across iOS and Android.

Dashboard Menu Update

New: You can now expand or collapse sections in the main dashboard menu.
As we keep adding new features, the menu was becoming more crowded. With this update, you can easily hide the areas you don’t use often and keep the ones that matter most visible.

This gives you a clearer view and allows you to stay focused on the tools that are most useful for managing your account.

Major Update for GoHighLevel Users: Inbound SMS Auto-Creation

We’ve shipped a big quality-of-life upgrade for inbound SMS syncing with GoHighLevel (GHL).
What changed

Before: An inbound SMS was only linked in GHL if a conversation already existed for that phone number. Otherwise the message wouldn’t appear in GHL.

Now: 🎉 Even if the contact doesn’t exist or no conversation is open yet, we will:

Auto-create the contact (from the phone number), and

Auto-create the conversation, then

Post the inbound SMS into that conversation in GHL.

No more “missing” texts or manual prep steps.

From now on, just define your contact list in your dashboard—with a name and phone number.
When an event title contains the contact’s name, the system will automatically find the matching number and send the reminder SMS.
It’s easier, faster, and much less error-prone.

You can now define keywords directly in your campaign messages and set automatic replies that will be sent when your contacts reply with those keywords.
🔑 What’s new?

Trial SMS Limit Policy – July 30, 2025

Due to repeated abuse by certain users, we have been forced to set a limit on the number of SMS messages that can be sent during the trial period.

A maximum of 60 SMS can now be sent during the free trial (3 days).

Once a user subscribes to a paid plan, this limit is completely lifted.

This change is necessary to ensure fair usage of the platform and to maintain service quality for all users.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
