GoHighLevel tab added to the dashboard

A new GoHighLevel tab is now available in the dashboard. It allows you to track SMS messages sent from GHL and verify that they were successfully delivered, while also monitoring SMS messages received on your mobile device and confirming their correct transfer to GHL. New Endpoint for Full SMS Conversation History

We added a powerful new endpoint, /conversation/sms/list/, to make SMS conversation retrieval easier and more structured. You can now list conversations by phone number, view both incoming and outgoing messages in one timeline, filter results by number or date, and use resume mode for quick conversation previews. The endpoint also supports both received and sent as conversation starting points and automatically adjusts outgoing message dates based on the message time zone when available.

New endpoint to list SMS sent from the mobile device

A new endpoint is now available: https://api.smsmobileapi.com/log/sent/frommobile/
It allows you to list SMS messages sent from the mobile device and synchronized to SMSMobileAPI.
The endpoint supports filters such as date, period, phone number, mobile identifier, message content, sorting, and limit.
This feature is available starting from Android version 4.1.20, is not enabled by default, and returns data from the last 7 days only.
All synchronized data is anonymized and confidential.
SMS sent through the standard https://api.smsmobileapi.com/sendsms/ endpoint may also appear in this log because they are sent from the mobile device.

New endpoint to update the alias of a received SMS

A new API endpoint is now available: https://api.smsmobileapi.com/getsms/update/
It allows you to update the alias field of a received SMS using its guid.
The apikey and guid parameters are required. The alias parameter can also be sent empty to clear the current alias value.

The Activity Timeline now also displays SMS messages sent directly from the connected mobile, even when they were not sent through the API. This gives you a more complete view of device activity by combining API-based SMS logs with SMS sent manually from the mobile itself.

New dashboard log for SMS sent directly from the mobile

A new menu is now available in the dashboard to view SMS sent directly from the mobile device, even when they were not sent through the SMSMobileAPI sending API. The existing log for SMS sent through the API via the mobile remains available as before. This new log is dedicated to SMS sent from the mobile itself, without using the https://api.smsmobileapi.com/sendsms/ endpoint, provided the option is enabled in the mobile app. For privacy and compliance, these messages are encrypted and anonymized.

New Activity Timeline for SMS and Call Logs

A new visual Activity Timeline is now available in the dashboard. It transforms raw logs into a clear and modern timeline view, showing SMS received, SMS sent, missed calls, incoming calls, and outgoing calls over a selected period. Activity can be viewed per connected mobile, in a unified view, or under an unidentified mobile section when older app versions did not provide a device identifier. For the best experience and the most accurate device tracking, please use SMSMobileAPI app version 4.1.18.0 or later.

Improved sent SMS logs in the dashboard

The sent SMS listing in the dashboard now shows the SIM port used for each message. It also displays which device was used when multiple phones are connected to the same API key. Error details have been improved for easier troubleshooting, and the log now indicates whether the SMS was sent while the app was running in the foreground or in the background.

New App Android version : 4.1.15.0

- NEW: In foreground mode, SMS can now be sent through the correct SIM port when port 1 or port 2 is available. In background mode, the SMS will be sent through the first available port.
- NEW: It is now possible to see in the dashboard whether the mobile is running in background mode or not.
- NEW: More information is now available for sent SMS when the SMS is sent in foreground mode.
- NEW: If the user has defined a time zone, GMT is no longer displayed next to the time.
