The system is now dedicated solely to using this feature, which means:
It’s easier to create a Rich SMS template.
Rich SMS tracking is more complete, for example with the SMS response rate.
For each template, you can check who has replied and who hasn’t replied yet.
When creating a template, you can preview the result at any time.
